The former gamer

I've always been a gamer. Computer, Video, Tabletop.. you name it. I got in to D&D a bit late, around 1995. I remember that my first character was a assassin / ranger who ran around with two small magic crossbows and for some reason, ALWAYS fumbled on the rolles. You should have seen the party when I added some black lotus on the bolts :)

Well it's 2016, and I'm more of a DM than a player now days. My team was a beta-tester for (next) and pre-ordered the books as soon as we could. I love the simplicity of the new rules and what Wizard of the Coast have done to the whole game. But one thing that always slowed down the character creation and the gaming for my players were the spells.. I had to be present every time a new character was on the way and had to force the players to create a document with all the spells and read up on them, something that didn't work every time.

I thought that a tool where you could select the spells for your class, the spells you like or even have have prepared in combination with a single magic button to print them all out wouldn't be so hard to do, and then it began. It didn't take long before I had a early prototype and my gamers started to use the page. The word spread and after a while friends of my gamers started to ask me about features and give me some nice feedback, even emails from strangers across the world with "good job" and "thank you". The page have evlolved from something more than a fun tool for my friends to something that thousands of visitors use every day.

I hope that this page and others like it will live on to help all the gamers out there focus on that things that matters the most, the character and the game. I hope you enjoy it. Roll initive !!
